Embroidery
Custom embroidery for teams and businesses
Caps, polos, jackets and team gear stitched with your logo for a clean, premium finish that lasts. Serving the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley and BC Interior since 2009.

What we embroider
From a set of caps for your crew to jackets for the whole team.

Team & sports gear
Hoodies, jackets, toques, bags and full jerseys with crests, names and numbers.

Caps & headwear
Structured caps, trucker hats and toques, including raised 3D puff embroidery.

Staff & corporate wear
Polos, jackets and fleece that make your crew look sharp on the job and at events.

Thread & finish
Embroidery stitches your logo into the fabric, so it won't crack, peel or fade. We match thread to your brand colours and choose the right backing for each garment.
- Thread matched to your Pantone colours
- Flat or raised 3D puff embroidery on caps
- Applique for large crests and jersey lettering
- Left chest, sleeve, back and cap placements
- Caps, polos, jackets, bags and towels
Artwork help
No vector file? No problem. We get your art ready to stitch.
JPG to vector
Logos saved as JPG, PNG or GIF are often too blurry to stitch from. We redraw them as clean vector art (AI, EPS or SVG), which gives us a sharp starting point for your stitch file and works for printing and decals too.
Stitch files
An embroidery machine needs a stitch file that tells it where every stitch goes. We digitize your logo so small text stays readable and edges stay clean.
Applique
Big crests and jersey lettering look best with fabric sewn on. We create the cut file for the fabric and the stitch file that holds it permanently in place.
How pricing works
Embroidery is priced by the stitch, so the price of an embroidered order depends on:
- Size and detail of your logo (stitch count)
- Number of logo locations
- How many pieces you order
- The garment you choose
Tip
With embroidery, extra colours barely change the price. Stitch count does. A left-chest logo is the most budget-friendly placement, and once your logo is digitized, reorders are quick.
Garments & brands
We source blanks from the top team and corporate apparel suppliers in Canada, so you can pick the style, fit and price that suits you.

What customers say
We decided on hoodies, jackets, toques and team polos and were excited by the number of options available. The process was professional and the quality exceeded our expectations. I will be using these guys for the next team I manage.
We decided to go with fully embroidered jerseys to get that professional hockey look. It's tough making everyone happy on a team, but these jerseys turned out amazing. We might not be the best team in our division, but we look like the best team!
Embroidery questions
How long does embroidery take?
Most orders are ready in 7–10 business days once you approve the mock-up. Full custom jerseys with applique crests and lettering take longer, so plan on 4–5 weeks. Rush service is available on most orders.
What's the minimum order?
Our minimum for embroidery is 12 pieces. Ask us about smaller runs, since it depends on the item.
What artwork do I need?
A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is best, but send whatever you have. We'll turn your logo into a stitch file and send you a mock-up before anything is sewn.
Can you embroider small text and fine detail?
Thread has limits. Text smaller than about a quarter inch tall gets hard to read. If your logo has fine detail, we'll suggest a slightly larger size or a simplified version before we stitch it.
Should I choose embroidery or screen printing?
Embroidery suits caps, polos, jackets and bags, and gives a premium look that lasts for years. Screen printing is usually better value for large runs of t-shirts and hoodies, or for designs with fine detail. We'll recommend the best fit when we quote.
