Jpg to vector
Logos saved as JPG, PNG or GIF often print blurry. We redraw them as clean vector art (AI, EPS or SVG) that prints sharp at any size and works for embroidery and decals too.
Print-ready files
Screen printing uses one screen per colour. We separate your design into those layers so every colour lines up and the print matches your proof.
One-colour versions
Need a full-colour logo in white on a black warm-up shirt, or black on black for a subtle look? We create one-colour and tone-on-tone versions that keep costs down.
How pricing works
Each colour in your design needs its own screen, so the price of a screen-printed order depends on:
- Number of ink colours
- Number of print locations
- How many pieces you order
- The garment you choose
Tip
Larger orders cost less per piece, because the screen setup is shared across every shirt. A one- or two-colour design is the most budget-friendly.

Screen printing questions
How long does screen printing take?
Most orders are ready in 7–10 business days once you approve the mock-up. Rush service is available, so tell us your date and we'll let you know what's possible.
What's the minimum order?
Our minimum for screen printing is 12 pieces. For smaller runs we can suggest other options, like heat-applied transfers or embroidery.
What artwork do I need?
A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is best, but send whatever you have. If your logo is a JPG or PNG, we can redraw it as vector art so it prints sharp.
Can you match my brand colours?
Yes. Tell us your Pantone colours and we'll match the ink. If you don't know them, we can work them out from your logo file.
Is screen printing the right choice for my order?
Screen printing is the best value for larger orders and designs with a few solid colours. For small runs, photo-style artwork or a more premium look on caps and polos, we may suggest embroidery or another method. We'll recommend what works best when we quote.
